The Bendigo Bowls Club is an incorporated institution that is classified as non for profit.

The club has a board of management as well as several committees covering venue hire, country week, catering and greens maintenance.

The club has a full suite of policies that cover pennant selection, the constitution and venue hire agreement to name but a few.
