Hall Conditions of Hire

Hire Rates

1: A booking fee of $100 is required at the time of making a booking. This will be adjusted
against the following hire fees.
Seven (7) days cancellation notice is required to avoid the forfeiture of the booking fee
A $200 bond applies to all bookings and is payable prior to the commencement of the
function. This is fully refundable if the function room is left clean (To the satisfaction of the
club) and there had been no damage or theft had taken place
Day Time Function – $300
Evening Function – $300
Full Day Function Including evening – $500


Provision of Alcohol

2: Due to the requirements of the club’s licence and the provisions of the liquor Licensing Act,
no alcoholic beverages can be brought on the club’s premises. All alcoholic beverages must
be brought through the club’s bar
3: Purchasing and consumption will not extend beyond 12 midnight
4: Clean Up – All food and rubbish must be removed from the building upon completion of the
function. The function room, including the kitchen must be left in a clean and tidy state
otherwise the club will undertake a thorough clean of which the costs will be removed from
the bond. The hirer must comply with the requirements of the State Government and local
government health acts and any appropriate regulations
5: Sub letting of the agreement is NOT permitted
6: Caterers / Hirers shall be responsible for the cleaning of cutlery and crockery that is used
and must leave the kitchen in a clean and tidy state
7: No confetti or rice is to be thrown with the building of grounds of the club
8: The use of club facilities for the purpose of a 21st birthday will require the attendance of a
crowd control person / security guard. This person will be supplied by the club at the cost of
the hirer.
